  Best espresso stand in the greater Sandpoint area. In fact, they even have a small sit-down area and plenty of space to lean a bike. The baristas are top notch and the owner is awesome. These aren't here-today-gone-tomorrow high school juniors working after school; they're all hand-picked and they know their way around a press, and they've all worked there for two or more years that I can recall. The coffee is great; they use a special Evans Brothers blend and they have their process down to a science. Be sure to try some of their signature beverages; or just get a cappuccino or breve and really appreciate that bean. I work in EMS and pretty much anyone who likes coffee at my company comes by here at the start of our work day. They could put a that-which-wont-be-named right next to our station and I'd still come to this stand instead.
  
  They also have pretty good yerba mate.
